This is the worst mobile company I've come across , I'm on the $40 monthly unlimited plus plan and went over the 50gb and now the speeds are ridiculously slow and unusable, I can't even browse the internet without lag and the funny thing is they don't even offer data top up even if I'm willing to pay and they don't offer a higher plan with Spectrum of course! The speeds are good and it’s fairly reliable, but the ping has always been bad for me. The hardware sucks though.
