I am used to bad period cramps, but they at least get less bad with pain killers. I don't like how my weight fluctuates during the month without BC either. It took about a year, but my skin pretty much cleared up after starting Yaz and has remained clear until about a year ago. It has a very slight increase of estrogen in it.
